our story

I am a singing/songwriting pharmacist with a love of all things historic and shiny.  My handsome fiance Todd is a really fantastic drummer in a rock band and a wonderful support system for all my crazy ideas.

We moved to Nashville in December 2013 to pursue our music goals, but somewhere along the way we found our future home, and the story changed.

My parents are experienced DIY-ers and renovation veterans who have built, restored, or added on to every house they've ever lived in.  They are a brainiac engineer and hardworking business owner by day, and home enthusiasts, gourmet Tex-Mex chefs, and dinner party hosts by night.  They are also the most generous people I know, and I couldn't be happier to have them in Nashville for the next year.
